Editorial Use: The Photos may be used for editorial purposes, such as inclusion in newspapers, magazines, blogs, and other editorial content.

Non-commercial Publications: The Client is permitted to use the Photos in non-commercial publications, such as newsletters, reports, and other printed or digital materials that are not for sale.

Educational Use: The Client may use the Photos for educational purposes, including presentations, lectures, and training materials.

Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from selling, distributing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the photos without prior written consent. The license does not grant permission for any form of alteration, manipulation, or use that could be deemed offensive or defamatory.

Exclusivity: Unless otherwise specified in writing, this license does not grant exclusivity. I reserve the right to license the same or similar photos to other clients.

Copyright: The copyright of the photos remains with [Ethan Li Pictures / ELPIX]. This license does not transfer ownership of the copyright.

By accepting and using the photos, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this license.
